The Healing Herb Garden
After many years of growing elderberry and other medicinal herbs, we decided to start our elderberry and medicinal herb farm in 2020. We have been growing and making products using elderberry and other medicinal herbs for more than 6 years.
We have a CT Food Manufacturing Establishment license for our elderberry syrups, elderberry apple cider vinegar and elderberry tea blends. We operate out of a commercial kitchen.
We’ll take authentic and artisinal every day.
While we’ve got training from culinary staples like The Russian Tea Room and the Essex House Hotel in New York City, you could say we earned our apron from grandma.
